Every year we select the most appropriate blocks of our vineyard’s finest and most enticing varieties for the production of distinctive and stylish rosés that reflect both the vintage and our cherished terroir. 

Grapes for this single variety Pinot Noir Rosé were harvested from our heritage Lailey vineyard from old vines, and juices extracted using the Saignée method. This delicate rosé is made from 100% estate-grown Pinot Noir grapes.

Barrel fermented and aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.

"A bright shade of pink with light orange-rimmed hues. A surprising amount of contrasts on the nose, with bold notes of cherry and rhubarb teeter-tottering with toasted coconut and white pepper. Four months of barrel age in neutral French oak gives a generous, lifted mouthfeel with soft flavours of pink grapefruit, raspberry and a playful spice through the finish. Refined and generous finish. 91 points"
